Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Clubhouse, our exclusive club lounge bar. By making a reservation, purchasing a membership, or attending any event at Clubhouse, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. General Access

Clubhouse is a private members' club lounge bar. Access is granted to:

  • Current members in good standing.

  • Guests accompanied by a member, subject to the Guest Policy below.

  • Confirmed reservation holders for specific events or dining experiences.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises at its absolute discretion, including for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Club's code of conduct.

 

2. Membership

Membership to Clubhouse is by application and subject to approval. The following conditions apply to all members:

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Members must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

  • Annual membership fees are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of management.

  • Clubhouse reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without notice for breach of these terms, conduct unbecoming of a member, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the Club or its members.

3. Reservations

Reservations at Clubhouse are subject to the following conditions:

  • All reservations must be made in advance via our reservations team at reservations@tabulondon.com or through our designated booking platform.

  • A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure a reservation.

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Clubhouse.

  • Clubhouse reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances, including events beyond its reasonable control.

For group bookings of eight or more guests, please contact reservations@tabulondon.com directly to discuss bespoke arrangements.

 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a reservation will incur no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time may incur a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.

  • No-shows, where no notice is provided, may result in a charge equivalent to the minimum spend applicable to the reservation.

  • For private events and exclusive hire, separate cancellation terms will be set out in the event agreement.

To cancel or amend a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at reservations@tabulondon.com.

 

5. Guest Policy

Members may bring guests to Clubhouse subject to the following:

  • Members may bring a maximum of four guests per visit unless prior approval has been obtained from management.

  • Members must be present with their guests at all times.

  • Members are personally responsible for the behaviour and any charges incurred by their guests.

  • Guests who are found to have breached Club rules may be asked to leave and may be prohibited from future entry.

 

6. Dress Code

Clubhouse maintains a smart-casual dress code at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests whose attire does not meet the required standard. The following are not permitted:

  • Sportswear, including trainers, gym wear, and baseball caps.

  • Ripped or excessively casual clothing.

  • Clothing bearing offensive or inappropriate imagery or language.

Management's decision regarding dress code compliance is final. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the ambience of Clubhouse.

 

7. Food & Beverage

The following conditions apply to food and beverage services at Clubhouse:

  • A minimum spend may apply to certain areas, events, or time periods. This will be communicated at the point of reservation.

  • Clubhouse operates in full compliance with the Licensing Act 2003. The Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated or underage.

  • Challenge 25 is in operation. Valid photographic identification may be requested at any time.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from management.

  • Dietary and allergen requirements should be communicated at the time of reservation. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate requests, Clubhouse cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

 

8. Private Events & Exclusive Hire

Clubhouse offers private event and exclusive hire packages for members and non-members. The following terms apply:

  • Private event bookings are subject to a separate Event Agreement that will outline specific terms, pricing, and cancellation conditions.

  • A deposit may be required to secure an event booking. Deposit terms will be specified in the Event Agreement.

  • Clubhouse reserves the right to apply a minimum spend for private events.

  • Any damage caused to the premises, fixtures, or equipment during a private event will be the financial responsibility of the booking party.

9. Conduct & Behaviour

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and wellbeing of others. The following conduct will not be tolerated:

  • Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests.

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.

  • Any illegal activity on the premises.

  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances.

Any person in breach of this policy will be asked to leave immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Membership may be revoked without refund.

 

10. Photography & Social Media

We ask that all members and guests be mindful of the privacy of others when taking photographs or videos on the premises.

  • Photography and video recording that captures other guests or staff without consent is not permitted.

  • Clubhouse staff may request that you cease photography or recording at their discretion.

  • Clubhouse may use images taken at events for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish to be photographed.

 

11. Liability

Clubhouse takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of members and guests. However:

  • Clubhouse accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

  • Clubhouse's liability for any claim arising from your visit shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Clubhouse's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

 

12. Privacy

Clubhouse is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and guests. Personal data collected in connection with membership and reservations will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

13. Amendments

Clubhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Club's facilities following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
